Q Can I have longer than ten days to pay my deposit and return my choices?
A We ask for your deposit and pre-order soon after you book to ensure that we allocate the right amount of space for your party. Many people book for a maximum number which drops once guests are asked to commit and if that happens we can be left with empty seats and turning away other customers needlessly. We ask for your cooperation so that we can keep things running smoothly – after the past few festive seasons we want to give as many people as possible the chance to celebrate this year! We definitely need your deposit to confirm the booking but if you have difficulties with getting everyone’s orders by the deadline let us know and we’ll work with you.
Q Can I change the details after I’ve booked?
A We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes but we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to change numbers or times as we may have other bookings to fit in.
Q Is my deposit refundable?
A If you cancel with reasonable notice (up to the day before your booking or first thing on the day in the case of illness) then your full deposit amount will be deducted from the bill on the night so you can return it to the right person (we’re not able to refund amounts to individuals). If you let us know on arrival that someone isn’t coming then we’ll retain their deposit as some of their food may already be prepared. If you don’t let us know that someone isn’t coming before your meal is served then unfortunately we’ll need to charge for the meal – we can always provide a ‘doggy bag’ if requested.
Q Can we pay by invoice to our company?
A If you’re lucky enough to have your Christmas meal paid for then please let us know when you book and we’ll issue an invoice in advance. We can’t issue invoices ‘on the night’ and we would expect the bill to be paid in full unless other terms had been agreed beforehand.
Q Can we specify where we want to sit?
A We always do our best to seat you according to your preference however we sometimes have to move parties around at the last minute to make best use of the space so we can’t guarantee a specific location or table.
Q When can we use our Buy One Get One Free cards?
A You can use these on any main meals (cheapest one is free) in January or February 2023. We always advise that you book in advance and we ask you to let us know you have a voucher to use before we prepare your bill. You can share the love and bring someone new to dine with you or your Christmas group can get together again a couple of times.
